Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff

Check-in was simple! check-out was also easy. The receptionists were cooperative. Safaa's cleaning service was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially at breakfast.
The sound was too loud during pool activities. It was not possible to stay there for a full hour, though I appreciate the effort to entertain guests.

The family room was spacious with two bathrooms. These adjoining rooms provided ample space. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. I was satisfied with the amenities.

The location allowed easy access to taxis. Taxis went into the city centre. The hotel provided a convenient base. This location was suitable for exploring nearby areas though the parking was expensive.

The hotel served alcoholic beers. They offered many breakfast options. Healthy choices were provided. Moroccan breads and fresh omelets were available, made by the chef per request.

A Fantastic Stay Experience

The cleanliness was great, and the decor created a warm environment. The breakfast offered a generous variety of delicious options.
Some staff members did not seem interested in their roles. A nearby nightclub was a source of noise, which affected nearby rooms until late at night. The lukewarm showers were not ideal.

I enjoyed the sun loungers. The supermarket is a short walk from the hotel. It is huge. The room cleaning service was good every day.
The air conditioning barely worked, and things like the safe needed repair.

The receptionist was very helpful and professional , VERY cheerful. Mrs Samira cleaned my room, she helped me a lot and she was professional. I was impressed by the customer service here.

There was an excellent variety of food and it was beautifully presented at buffet breakfast. The restaurant staff was attentive throughout my stay. There were varied choices to suit all tastes from the pool bar also.

The hotel has a good location. It gives access to the city and other interesting places. There is a supermarket which is open 24 hours, so you don t have to worry about last-minute groceries.

Really good Service, Adorable Staff

The staff were very nice and friendly, providing good service. Salma, from the cleaning staff, did a great job maintaining the room and were great. The hotel has a spacious reception. The onsite restaurant is also nice.
Rooms were cleaned very late and fresh towels were brought late in the evening. The beds were awful. They were uncomfortable and hard. We had to request an extra quilt to be able to sleep. The receptionist gave the impression this is not the first time this request has been made.

The breakfast buffet had many options, and i found the staff very friendly. I did not have supper at the hotel. All the food was presented well and tasted fresh to me.

There were plenty of pool loungers available, so finding a place to relax was easy. The pool bar was efficient and well stocked. The pool area offers a good retreat, and i spent some time in the pool. It was a pleasant experience overall.

The customer relation is really good. The receptionist gave the best service ever. Other staff were very responsive as well. They were always ready to help with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. Nothing was too much trouble.
